How to Find Us

We are located at 650 W. State St. in Rockford, Illinois.  We are located within the Criminal Justice Center building on the main floor.  Please call for an appointment, as Chaplain Young is often working in the field and is not in his office regularly. 

How to Find Our Facilities

On our site map, put in your current location in the search section.  Once the map has located your location, please punch in our address, 650 W. State St. Rockford, IL. and hit search.  The map will ask you if you would like directions, hit yes.  It will give you directions to the Criminal Justice Center where are offices are located.
