Services

NILEC offers these services to all law enforcement agencies:

     CISM debriefings for all critical incidents

          -fata accidents, homicides, suicides, officer involved

           shootings, drownings, etc.

     SWAT callouts

          -dealing with hostage/suspects families, organizing

           displaced people and providing for all their needs,

           religion knowledge in negotiations, providing

           food/beverages for your team

     Overseeing chaplains services

          -recruiting local clergy, interviewing potential hires,

           training new chaplains, overseeing the day to day

           operations until your people are in place,

           transitioning into a consultant role for years to come

     Counseling services

          -employees, their families, including grief counseling

     Death notifications

     CISM training

          -peer training of your officers/deputies, informational

           meetings with your rank and file employees

     Line of duty deaths/injuries

          -provide a written SOP and be on scene for the initial

           7 days to ensure your department and the

           officer/deputies family is well taken care, work

           with your department over the next few months

           to ensure the healing process has begun

     Ceremonial duties

          -memorial servies, promotions, retirements

     Mass disasters and/or active shooters

          -working with families, local churches, local schools,

           the Red Cross, the Salvation Army to alleviate

           the stress of your command staff and employees

           of having to organize this part of the incident.

NILEC offers these additional services to all law enforcement individuals:

     -On scene handling of civilians that need transport,

      counseling, or help

     -On scene grief counseling for families of victims or suspects

     -Ride-a-long options in their vehicles

     -Wedding services for them and their families

     -Funeral services for their families

     -Help with stranded civilians within their areas of cover

     -Help with death notifications
